Dry Sack Medium Sherry is a medium amber orange dessert and fortified wine from Jerez, Spain. It has an off-dry taste with a warm nutty core and a dry finish. It has aromas of walnuts, butter almond, toffee, and citrus/lemon peel. It can be drunk neat or with ice.
