Vinsanto, especially from Santorini, is a naturally sweet white dessert wine made from sun-dried Assyrtiko and Aidani grapes. The grapes are dried for 6-8 days before being pressed, resulting in a wine with a deep brown color and a full body. Velvety and full-bodied, with a long, lingering finish.
