This Marsala is made from Grillo grapes in the Marsala region of Sicily. Florio has been producing Marsala for nearly 200 years. It is amber colored with old gold highlights, with a warm and full palate. Some have described aromas and flavors of raisin, licorice, date, vanilla, caramel, oak, chocolate, honey, earth, salt, orange, apple, apricot, pear, cheese, cream, cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, cinnamon, sage, herbs, plum, and jam.
